Process

How we work

Simple, and nothing gets made without your OK.

  1. Talk

A short call or a few emails about your business, your customers and what you need. No jargon, no hard sell.

  2. Plan

We come back with a clear plan: what we'll make, when, and what it costs.

  3. Approve (the key step)

You review the plan, scripts and designs. Nothing goes into production until you've said yes.

Nothing goes ahead without your yes.

  4. Create

We build and produce it, and show you progress along the way.

  5. Deliver

You get finished work, ready to use. Or we launch, post and look after it for you.

About

A small studio, on purpose.

DG Forge Studio is founder-led. When you get in touch, you talk to the person doing the work, not an account manager passing messages along.

DG Forge Studio was founded by David Gyuricsko, combining a background in marketing and hospitality management with software development, web design and more than two decades of customer-facing experience. The studio was built around a simple idea: good creative work should come with clear communication, honest advice and service that feels personal.

We’re based in London and work remotely with businesses across the UK and beyond, so where you are doesn’t matter much.

We use modern tools where they genuinely help, including AI for parts of production. That’s how a small studio moves quickly. The ideas, the decisions and the final say stay with people: us, and you.

FAQ

Questions people usually ask

What kind of businesses do you work with?

We mainly work with small and growing businesses — shops, salons, service businesses, makers, independent brands and companies that want to improve how they show up online. If you do something good and want more people to know about it, we’re probably a fit.

Do you only work with London businesses?

No. We’re based in London, but most of the work happens remotely, so we work with businesses across the UK and abroad. In-person meetings in London can be arranged; travel further afield is quoted separately.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on what you need, so every project gets its own quote. Tell us roughly what you’re after and your budget, even if it’s “not sure yet”, and we’ll suggest options that fit.

How long does a website take?

A small business website usually takes a few weeks from the go-ahead, mostly depending on how quickly content and approvals come together. You’ll get a timeline with your quote.

Do you use AI?

Yes, where it helps: speeding up production, exploring ideas, editing video. It never replaces judgement. A person plans every project, checks every piece of work, and nothing goes out without your approval.

Can you manage ongoing social media?

Yes. Monthly packages cover planning, creating, captioning and scheduling your posts, with light community management if you want it.

What happens before work starts?

We talk, we send a written plan and quote, and you approve it. Then we agree a start date. No work begins until you’ve said yes.

Got something in mind?
